HI, I’M MANUELA
I founded The XX Factor Formula. I know how it feels not having true purpose in
your life, not knowing what to do with your life and work. “How can I become happier? How shall I start and develop my business? How can I create a supportive community and make money on social media?
– I was a struggling leader & business mentor with no clarity, clients, no followers and no income.
I was an expert in my subject matter: how to build organisations & teams, how to change structures and improve systems, how to be a communications expert raising awareness for important issues such as biodiversity, setting your mindset on success and how to leverage impact. BUT I always thought I
needed to get better and work faster before I can start my own thriving business. I was being the better man. I learned a hard lesson: YOU will never be ready until YOU are deeply connected to your true WHY and feel certain about your offer and strategy. You will never feel fulfilled if you cut out the feminine energies within and around you. You also will never be ready if you don’t start walking YOUR path. IF you also know how to GET CLIENTS, then you can have the impact (or income) you deserve.
So I set off on a mission to help women to build their dream business and dare to show themselves for who they really are – allow feminine energy; work with the body instead of against it. My mission is to guide women building their dream life and business. On my path to master everything about online
business & online marketing I was able to build my business in an intutive, femine way with a 1 year old child – all without paying for a single ad. And everyone started asking how they could replicate the same results in THEIR business too.
So, I put together a formula to teach my signature methodology that has allowed me to build my solid business in under 1 year — all through social media alone.
That is how “The XX Factor “ was born! –
